Secure Your Rental this Holiday Season

To ensure you receive your rental in time for Christmas, please be aware of the following shipping cut-off dates:

  • WA, TAS, NT: Order by 16 December, 2024
  • NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT, SA: Order by 18 December, 2024

For all sale items, we recommend placing your order by 16 December to guarantee timely delivery.

Be sure to place your order early to avoid any delays during the busy holiday season. 

Delivery Times for Rental Item(s) 

We make shipping convenient for you by using Express delivery service Australia wide. 

 

 

Our Shipping fee is a maximum of $30 which includes the delivery to you, and the return back to us in our reusable satchel bag. Click here to view Australia Posts delivery times based on your location, before booking your item(s) to ensure you will receive your delivery on time.

Please note: We recommend starting your booking period 2 business days before your event to ensure a smooth delivery.

We use Australia Post for all domestic and international orders. Please note the following estimated delivery timelines and costs:

 

 

International Orders 

We offer international shipping to most countries from Australia. We don’t ship to international armed forces, freight forwarders or international PO Boxes.

Customs & Import Duty Fees

The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.

We strongly recommend 'tracking' be purchased for all returns as we will not be held liable if your item is not received.

Please note that if you are returning items to us from an international location a Customs Declaration form must be completed and placed on the package. It is also very important that you label the items as 'returned goods'. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs with charges applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless YOU the customer pays these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the parcel will be returned to you by the Australian Customs Dept.

Fraudulent Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or temporarily hold an order in the circumstance that we have sufficient grounds to believe that the order is fraudulent or has fraudulent characteristics. In such instances, we will attempt to make contact to the buyer using the email address and/or number provided at the time of the booking and request that a proof of identity be provided before releasing your order. In the event we are not able to make contact, or the information provided is not satisfactory, High St. Hire have the right to cancel your order without notification.

 

Track your order

Tracking information will be available via a despatch email notification. Your signature will be requested upon delivery. We dispatch all online orders from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW.
